Really fabulous base for an overnight stay. Cheap food, welcoming service and great view to the Cathedral. Luxury double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Marble-lined bathroom, and an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel television. Location short walk to all the tourist sites and tapas bar and transport, the restaurants and bars of Calle Mayor and the Tubo area and the cafeteria downstairs. Situated only 1 km from Roman Theatre of Zaragoza.

Our room had a beautiful view and was impeccably clean. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast spread had a great variety. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

location is right next to the Basilica del Pilar and a five minute walk from Plaza España and tapas area. staff is charming, they always welcome you with a smile no matter what time it is. You can park in the Town Hall car park and say so at reception, they give you a voucher for 15 euros a day so you don't have to worry, you pay for it right there in the hotel.

noise. first night at two o'clock in the morning I was woken up by the noise of the cart in the sheets, second night by the noise of people in the corridor at one o'clock in the morning. last day someone from the next room must have smoked inside and since the air conditioning duct was not insulated either, my whole room smelled of tobacco. Other friends who were in a couple of rooms away from mine did exactly the same thing.

Location is "central to nowhere." The room is small, but clean and cozy, has everything you need. We stopped for only one day - in fact, came after getting acquainted with the city to sleep and go further in the morning, so to appreciate all the advantages or see the disadvantages we had no reason or time.

Had fairly quiet and luxury room with toiletries as well as comfortable beds, and protected with smoke detectors. Had charming location to historic center, minutes from El Ebro.

I especially liked the helpful and congenial hotel staff and the location of the hotel - very close to the main tourist hotspots. These things couldn't be better.

I didn't like that the breakfast was not included in the price of the room, the size of the room, and especially the lack of a minibar in the room. I have instead a safe in the cupboard, which I didn't use. The cupboard itself was also not-so-useful. These things could surely be better, but as a value-for-money, the hotel is highly recommended.

Some noise in the hotel from other guests, cleaning lady was vacuming the hall way early in the morning. TV was crap.

Hotel che merita al massimo una stella,se non fosse per la posizione il resto e'veramente carente in tutto, camere vecchie, maleodoranti, con diverse cose non funzionanti e collegamento wifi difficoltoso. Va bene per una notte ,buona posizione per la visita al santuario
